Ellen Eichberg, LLM '04

Ellen Eichberg, LL.M., is an international corporate attorney. In her current role as Senior Legal Counsel in the EMEA Legal Team of a global automotive supplier, she leads corporate and M&A transactions in her region. Previously she has held similar positions at mostly US based Fortune 500 companies in different sectors such as industrial construction or the chemical industry. As M&A-attorney at a German based international business law firm she advised multinational corporations on large M&A deals. Ellen holds a law degree from the University of Bonn, Germany, a Master of Laws from the William S. Richardson School of Law and has two Bar admissions at the Cologne / German Bar.
