Garrick L.H. Goo

Garrick Goo is currently a Honolulu-based attorney who practices in the areas of corporate and general business law, real estate transactions, developement, and financing.  In addition, Mr. Goo has facilitated the start-up, capitalization, acquisition and sale, equity and debt financing, and/or restructructuring of businesses and business ventures.  He is currently retained as a consultant and Special Deputy Attorney General by the Hawai'i Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
