Jackie Gardina

Professor Gardina specializes in four main areas: civil procedure; administrative law; bankruptcy, with a special emphasis on environmental obligations in bankruptcy; and federal courts, with an emphasis on the jury system. Professor Gardina is recognized as an accomplished teacher, receiving the VLS Student Bar Association Faculty Service Member Award in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007.
