Biography

Rebecca Houlding is a partner at the civil rights law firm Friedman & Houlding LLP, based in New York. Ms. Houlding has been prosecuting individual, multi-plaintiff and class action employment discrimination cases for more than 20 years. She focuses on sexually and racially hostile work environment claims on behalf of employees, throughout the United States. She is currently a resident in Brooklyn, New York but lived in Honolulu in 2010 and from 2017-2019, where she was able to work remotely for her firm. She earned her JD in 1995 from the University of Minnesota, and her BA in 1992 from Carleton College.
