Biography

Terina K. Faʻagau is a Post-Juris Doctor Fellow with the Ka Huli Ao Center for Excellence in Native Hawaiian Law. Raised in Waiʻanae, Terina is a proud 2021 graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law, where she earned a Native Hawaiian Law Certificate. Prior to law school, she received a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and a Certificate in Democratic Principles and Social Justice from UH West Oʻahu. During law school, Terina was a Staff Editor on the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal and served as a Research Assistant to Professors Eric K. Yamamoto and Charles R. Lawrence III. She was selected as a Native American Political Leadership Program Scholar at the George Washington University in 2019 and served as a law clerk at the Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation prior to her final year of law school.
