Biography
Anderson is Of Counsel at Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing.
Anderson has a Master’s Degree in philosophy from the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa, and received his law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Hawai`i William S. Richardson School of Law, where he worked for the University of Hawai`i Elder Law Program (“UHELP”), was president of the Public Health Law & Policy Organization, and Editor-in-Chief of the Public Health Law & Policy Journal. While in law school, Anderson also worked for the University of Hawai`i Committee on Human Studies (the University’s IRB system) compiling the University’s policies and procedures for the protection of subjects in human-subject research projects, and for the University of Hawai`i Vice President of Research and Academic Affairs, rewriting the University’s policies and procedures for Ethical Conduct in Research and Scholarly Activities (executive policy E5.211).
