July 13, 2015

An impressive list of high-profile speakers will analyze how and why unethical behavior can erupt within our key institutions in a series of summer panel discussions at the UH-Mānoa campus.

Experts from the fields of entertainment, athletics, medicine, law, education, and business will offer perspectives on ethics in each of these arenas as part of the free, public “Will Weinstein Ethics Conversation Series” that begins this week.

The panels run from 6-7:30 p.m. from July 14 – August 11.

Among the speakers are: U.S. District Judge J. Michael Seabright; Simon Potts, former artist and repertoire executive for Arista, Elektra and Capitol Records; Chris McCutcheon, CEO and President of TRI Studios; Bob Harrison, Chairman and CEO of First Hawaiian Bank; and Mary Bitterman, President of the Bernard Osher Foundation and Lead Independent Director, Bank of Hawaii.

The series is sponsored by the William S. Richardson School of Law and the Shidler College of Business. Along with the public talks, the Weinstein series offers a summer school course for law and business students, and continuing education credits for licensed attorneys.
