Constitutional Law II
Law School Description
A continuation of Constitutional Law I, with special emphasis on due process, equal protection, and freedom of expression. This course examines core concepts of fairness and focuses particularly on racial and gender discrimination and the varied relationships between individual freedoms and the state.
