A comprehensive program that teaches students the analytical and presentational skills necessary for excellent legal writing. This course introduces skills and strategies for preparing written legal arguments and oral advocacy. Repeatable up to 3 credits. Pre: 504.

***The Plenary session for Sections 1-10 will meet on Mondays in CR2 from 3:30 - 4:35 PM; the Sections will then meet individually on Wednesdays in the classroom assigned to each Section from 4:50 - 6:05 PM.
