Andrew Mergen

Deputy Section Chief, Appellate Section of the Environment and Natural Resources Division, United States Department of Justice.

Mergen practices law as a litigator and counsel for government agencies. He is currently the Deputy Section Chief of the Appellate Section for the United States Department of Justice where he often litigates before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals on cases involving government environmental agencies. Mergen is also a guest lecturer on Natural Resources Law at Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America.
