Brian Tilker

Brian W. Tilker joined the litigation department of Torkildson, Katz, Moore, Hetherington & Harris in 2011. Mr. Tilker concentrates his practice on commercial and employment litigation. He has represented clients in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, trademark infringement, mass torts, toxic torts, real estate, trusts and estates, tax controversy, ERISA, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment and retaliation litigation in state and federal courts. He has successfully argued before both state and federal trial and appellate courts. Prior to joining Torkidson Katz, Mr. Tilker worked in the litigation departments of Ganfer & Shore LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.
