Wayne Wagner '13

Wayne Wagner is a civil litigator for the Goodsill law firm. Wayne has clerked at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Honorable Richard R. Clifton, and at the United States District Court of Hawaiʻi, for then-Chief Judge, the Honorable Susan Oki Mollway. Wayne also clerked at the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court for Chief Justice, the Honorable Mark E. Recktenwald. Wayne then served as Special Assistant/Counsel to Chief Justice Recktenwald.

Wayne graduated number one in his class in 2013 from WSRSL. He also served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the University of Hawai‘i Law Review. Prior to law school, Wayne was a Ph.D. candidate at Columbia University in New York City. He received an M.A. at the University of Chicago and his B.A. at Boston University. 

Wayne was born and raised in Hawai'i, but lived in Seoul, South Korea, Chicago, Boston, and New York, before returning home.
