The Judiciary of the Student Bar Association is responsible for interpreting the SBA Constitution, keeping record of the signed resolutions, bylaws and official documents, and training other branches. Its members are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate. In interpreting the Constitution, the Judiciary issues opinions, which form a body of law that helps inform future decisions.
