A comprehensive program that teaches students the analytical and presentational skills necessary for excellent legal writing. This course introduces skills and strategies for preparing written legal arguments and oral advocacy. Repeatable up to 3 credits. Pre: 504.

On Mondays, 3:20-4:35 PM, LP II Day Plenary will be held in CR2. On Wednesdays, 4:50-6:05 PM, LP II Section 01 will be held in SR1, LP II Section 02 will be held in SR2, LP II Section 03 will be held in SR3, LP II Section 04 will be held in SR4, and LP II Section 05 will be held in LIB 115.
