University of Hawaiʻi Law Review

The University of Hawaiʻi Law Review is a student-run journal publishing scholarly works authored by judges, scholars, and practioners. In addition to publishing two issues each year, the University of Hawaiʻi Law Review hosts a biannual symposium that brings together scholars, practitioners, and distinguished jurists.

As a student-run journal at the only law school in Hawaiʻi, the University of Hawaiʻi Law Review strives to serve the local legal community and contribute to national legal discourse through the publication of compelling legal writing.
