Students in this workshop will receive training in federal criminal prosecution. Classroom discussion and lecture will provide students with a framework for understanding the functions of the federal criminal justice system and the roles that prosecutors, defense attorneys, judges, and others play within it. Classroom exercises will include role playing games designed to help students develop practical skills in areas including jury addresses, sentencing advocacy, and the examination and interviewing of witnesses.
