Law School Description

A continuation of Constitutional Law I, with special emphasis on due process, equal protection, and freedom of expression. This course examines core concepts of fairness and focuses particularly on racial and gender discrimination and the varied relationships between individual freedoms and the state. Pre: Constitutional Law I (LAW 533).

CommentsThe Constitutional Law II exam is an in-person exam on Tuesday, December 13 and will begin promptly at 1:00PM HST. Students should report to CR2 at least ten minutes before the start of the exam to get situated. This is an open book exam. Students will not have access to the internet during the exam. Students may use printed materials and/or files saved on the hard drive of your computer/laptop, per the instructions set forth by the professor.
