Law School Description

This course surveys the entire federal income tax system, with emphasis on those areas of greatest importance to lawyers who do not specialize in tax law. Students learn to spot problems and opportunities, and to develop proficiency in the use of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations.

Limited Open-Book Final Exam on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 1:00pm - 4:00pm in Classroom 2
CommentsStudents are allowed to use the Code and Regulations book, including any handwritten notes added to that book, plus any handwritten notes on both sides of up to five (5) 3X5 index cards. Students may also use their "tax map" and anything added to it during the semester. Multiple choice questions only.
