Law School Description

A brief overview of historical development of immigration law; analysis of exclusion and deportation grounds and remedies, as well as the study of the legal immigration system of both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications and petitions. The course also covers the current law on asylum and refugee applications and US citizenship and naturalization requirements.

CommentsThe Immigration Law exam will be administered online. Start exam in Examplify on Thursday, December 7 between 8:00AM-8:30AM HST. Students must start the exam by 8:30AM. Once you start the exam, you must submit it within 3 hours. This is an open book exam. Students may use printed materials and/or files saved on the hard drive of your computer/laptop, per the instructions set forth by the professor. Students will not have access to the internet during the exam.
