"Objection, your Honor!" This course examines the rules of evidence that govern trials in both federal and Hawai'i courts and will focus on such topics as hearsay, witness examination, impeachment, physical and demonstrative evidence, expert testimony, writings, relevance, judicial notice, and presumptions.

Closed Book Final Exam on Wednesday, December 16, 2020
CommentsScheduled Exam. Start exam in Examplify on Wednesday, December 16 between 4:00-6:00PM HST. Exam must be submitted within the length of time noted on the Fall 2020 Final Exam Schedule and Details. This is a closed book exam. Students will be sent an attachment with the essay questions prior to the start of the exam that they may print and use during the exam. Students may not access or use any files saved on the hard drive of their computer/laptop.
