Notes
This course provides an introduction to the basic principles of American legal research and writing. Students review techniques of case and statutory analysis and learn to write a professional legal memorandum and a client opinion letter or email.
For LLM students only. This course is required of LLM students who plan to sit for the New York and/or California bar exams.
